Cage Fitness was developed by 9-time UFC mixed martial arts Welterweight Champion Matt Hughes. Hughes created all the exercises and he contributes new ones to our classes every month!

We practice situational defense drills and “A proper way to defend yourself.” You will not actually be "fighting" anyone.
