Krav Maga is not a sport based system modified to deal with self-defense situations. Krav Maga is a self-protection system built from the ground up and tested in combat. It integrates unarmed and armed combat, including gun and knife use, from many different sources to create practitioners capable of dealing with any type of self-protection situation in a very short period.
You’ll learn to how to target attacks to the body’s most vulnerable points so that you can defend yourself as quickly and efficiently as possible. Training can also cover situational awareness to develop an understanding of one's surroundings, learning to understand the psychology of a street confrontation, and identifying potential threats before an attack occurs. It is perfect for those that are looking to improve their self-defense skills and improve their situational awareness.
